CHOICE Advisory Services Inc. Is a trusted resource since 1993, CHOICE has developed into the west coast's most respected housing and care referral service.

I have contracted with CHOICE since 2003 working as a Project Manager/ Designer. I provide many types of services for CHOICE. From meeting with clients to gather content and photos for designing conventional or multimedia web pages, to creation of web advertising banners, print ads used in resource guides CHOICE produces, R&D, mock up layouts for new project ideas and designs, set up/manage many back-end scripts, editing tweaking and designing of the interface. I also manage their Linux server and many other web related administrative tasks.

Assisted Living Seattle dedicated to helping people learn and understand Assisted Living. Here you can ask questions and receive answers to your specific questions at no charge.

After set up and design of this informational website, I provide on going administration, monitoring and server management.

The Hearthstone at Seattle's Green Lake is an inviting and welcoming continuing care community for persons 62+.

This web site is a collaborated effort of the CHOICE design team. My parts in this effort were to build the web site based on the design layout from the graphics department and build the multimedia navigation and animations. I also set up and manage backend systems. I work with the Hearthstone as their webmaster and consultant on new web related projects.

Providence Point was among the first major master-planned independent 55+ communities in the Pacific Northwest.

This web site is a collaborated effort of the CHOICE design team. My part in this effort was to build the web site based on the design layout from the graphics department. I also set up the system to manage their real estate list and provide support and maintenance.

The Ruybal Group Inc. is a full service firm providing clients with outstanding real estate product knowledge and the highest level of professionalism and service.

This real estate website was designed, and developed with a backend system for content, and file management, and a system for the listings of available real estate. It is hosted on my servers and maintained by my web studio.

Bellevue Rose AFH a perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own, but want to maintain their independence in a warm, friendly, home-like atmosphere.
